Overview

Upgrade of router operating system to resolve a potential service affecting issue. Unfortunately our previous upgrade did not go as planned, and on the advice of the vendor we will be repeating the tasks from the previous window.
Detail
-------
The operating system (JunOS) on one of our routers requires an upgrade to resolve a potential issue, which may affect your service. During the window we will upgrade and reboot the router which may cause a few minutes of network instability.
Impact
--------
The upgrade may cause a few minutes of intermittent connectivity to your site/application. It is likely no impact will be seen, depending on the route your connection takes to us.
Alternative Plan
------------------
Should the upgrade not go as planned we will remove the router from our configuration, and traffic will flow over the other routers in the network, with a short outage to service.
