Webalizer/other stats not working

Hi, I'm on the mango server, webalizer and the other stats havnt worked since the end of October, is it just my account or has anyone else encountered this? thanks

We have a ticket open with cpanel regarding this, hopefully they will come back with a resolution soon.

Not yet unfortunately, cpanel are treating it as a bug and hopefully will come back to us soon.

The statistics were working before christmas, but it looks to me as if they've gone away again. If you're watching this thread Paul, can we have an update?

Cpanel believe they have now found the underlying issue, and another stats run will be done tonight so I will be checking a few affected domains in around 24hrs to see if this has resolved the issue.

Yep, they are still working on the issue for us. I hope to have an update in the next 24hrs.

Seems to be an issue they havent seen before, but they are pretty good so hopefully wont be too long
