ftp - where has everything gone?!

Evening, Just set up my ftp after a reinstall, same as usual, logs on ok but I cant see anything this time?! I've checked the ftp account in helm and it goes to \ umm i dont think im doing anything differently from usual, any ideas why I cant see anything?

- just taken a look at the file manager in helm and there is nothing there either yet it reports 163meg of space is taken and my sites work fine, how weird?

Suggest you put in a support ticket so someone can look into this

Um, it still doesnt work? Cute FTP says trashed response when it tries to list the files. WSftp just doesnt show anything?
