Outage?

Did anyone else have trouble getting to their page from the US? I couldn't raise my page, nor catalyst2's, for much of yesterday.

Hi David,

We did not experience any issues yesterday. If you have any problems in the future, I would recommend you open a ticket.

I couldn't reach the catalyst2 page either, so no tickets for me!

I figured if I couldn't reach the catalyst2 page it was something downstream, because I know there's two routes to the servers now (two? Is that right?). No big deal, just curious if it was my service here in the states that wasn't going, or if it had been something else.

Support is not in Cat2's network. It is hosted in the US, so even if cat2's main network is down then you should still be able to get to support.
