Hi all,

Yesterday we experienced a SERVICE UNAVAILABLE message at around 19:40 intermittend until 20:00 approximately.

Two things I want to ask;

1)Is there anyway of finding out why?
2)Can we customise the message to be a bit mroe user friendly?

Hi,

It was due to an upgrade we were doing, unfortunately, the error message cannot really be customised.
