Upgrade from Megadeal to PowerXtra
I currently have 3 Megadeal packages and now wish to upgrade one of them to PowerXtra (monthly) so I can upgrade from DotNetNuke 2 with Access to DNN3 or 4 under SQL.
Looking at other posts it seems I can't actually upgrade but I need to buy the PowerXtra. I don't want the current content transfered as I prefer to start from scratch but I have a domain name hosted on this package that I need moving to the PowerXtra package. Do I just buy the PowerXtra then raise a ticket to have the domain name moved then let the Megadeal lapse at the next renewal? |

Hi,
Open a ticket and we can upgrade the package for you or you can open a new package and we can transfer the domain to the other package - the choice is yours. Regards, Jacob
