Bandwidth usage stats.
Heh - might seem like a silly question, but couldn't find an answer in the knowledgebase.
Is bandwidth usage reset by calendar month or is it every 30 days since I started hosting with you? If I find myself regularly exceeding my bandwidth limit, is it possible to buy more in one lump sum for the entire year? (I'd prefer to do that than mess with it each month, and I've already paid outright for the hosting). |

Bandwidth is calculated on a rolling month. This means that it is calculated over the last 30 days. Therefore it will never reset to zero. Extra bandwidth charges are as follows:
1GB for £2 per month 5GB for £5 per month To install any extra features on your helm account, login and choose PACKAGES >> YOUR PLAN >> EXTRA FEATURES. Once you pay for the feature it will become active. If you do wish to setup something on a yearly basis - open a ticket and we can sort something out for you. Regards, Jacob
