No address book listing in Horde
I tend to use Horde for email while at work, and its recently (well, probably some time ago now) been updated.
However, now, its not possible to view people in my email address book. Instead of viewing a list of people, (clicking 'Address Book' in the toolbar) it just shows the search pane: http://www.creapsoft.co.uk/showPic?id=44ffdcbf If I click 'Search', I get the same page: http://www.creapsoft.co.uk/showPic?id=44ffdcdf (same pic, but the toolbar buttons are pushed in differently) Is this a known issue, or is something just not set up right? I can search for " " (ie, a space) and it will list people with a space in their names, or search for @ to get people with email addresses, but there isn't a way of just listing whats in the address book, while it did before the upgrade. Bizarre... Last edited by Chris Locke; 07-09-2006 at 08:44 PM. Reason: Oops. |

A previous upgrade of Horde (~1.5 years ago) was even more lossy, if this provides any solace at all. All filters and settings virtually vanished. It's a 'Horde thing'. But they have improved.
One of the Horde developers answered an enquiry of mine in the mailing list. He said that it might be worth asking the host filters that have the "is" condition (not just "contains" and "not contains") are a possibility. It's not really important to me, but I thought I'd ask anyway. Best wishes, Roy |
