Google Indexing

Hi

Does anybody know of a reason why Google won't index my site? I've submitted it to them, and even signed up for the Webmaster tools thing...and uploaded a robots.txt file and sitemap...and still no joy. Been trying to get it listed for a couple of months now, so any help would be appreciated!
