Now the emails are sent fine however there all ending up in the spam folder of my Gmail account. this isn't going to much use if others are using gmail so anyone got any ideas how to stop this besides changing my Gmail settings are its on the standard settings.
Can't see anything special in the emails heres an example From text = austina30a35ownersclub Subject = austina30a35ownersclub.co.uk - Ask Advertiser Query Content = Message Regarding Advert: Just a test title Can you please tell me a little bit more about the advert in question thanks Please do not respond by Clicking 'Reply' as this is an automated email, the contact details are below __________________________________________________ _____________________________ Sender information Name: Mike Smith E-mail: test.test@test.co.uk |

Hi,
Spam filtering is very subjective and is dependent on a myriad of filters and signatures etc, we simply relay the mail and I have never seen any issues with sending to gmail accounts. I myself use one when testing as they generally dont stick everything into the spam folder like yahoo/aol/hotmail etc. I am afraid without contacting them there is no concrete recommendation I could make, one thing that may help is an spf record on your domain, if you open a ticket we can set one up for you. |
