Smartstats errors

Hi,

I've logged in to my existing smart stats accounts yesterday and today, only to have this message appear on the first stats page: -

An unhandled error has occurred. As a result, no data can currently be shown. Please contact support.

Some report pages work, but others (notably most of the ones in the Traffic section) come back with: -

The statistics service is down at this time. In the meantime you may use any of the functions in the Config Area. Please contact support for assistance.

System.Exception: There was a problem retrieving the information from the remote web server. Please contact support.


The pages that do work (for example, Referring URLs) doesn't seem to bring back any data since yesterday - it's quite possibly related to the problem.

The affected site IDs are 66, 316, 654 and 696 (although oddly enough, 655 and 656 appear to be okay). Is there any chance you could have a look to see what's wrong please?
