Catalyst2 appears to be down

None of my websites are active and the catalyst2 site cannot be accessed.
Can someone please update me as to what is going on ?

www.difford-smith.co.uk is my home one by www.catalyst2.com wont respond either.
#I sent a support email in but I can't get responses.
If it were just the email I'd give Virgin Hell but since its the websites as well.....

They are both loading fine - can you do a traceroute for me and PM it to me please.

Sort of.

Please can you do the following for me:

1. Click on Start Menu and then go to run
2. type in: cmd
3. click ok
4. a box will appear, type in: tracert www.yourdomain.com > file.txt

This will produce a file called file.txt. The location of this file will be the location displayed in the black box.

e.g. if it says C:\Documents and Settings\Jacob> then the file will be stored in C:\Documents and Settings\Jacob.

Please copy and paste the contents of file.txt into a PM.
