[MAINT] Windows MySQL Downtime

We will be moving all windows MySQL databases to a new server on Tuesday 5th July between 23.00 and 01.00 BST, this will cause around 2 hours of downtime to the MySQL server.

The move will result in faster speeds for MySQL queries.

As a result of this maintenance please ensure that you are using "mysql.active-ns.com" as the database server in your connection string, also please note, most elements in MySQL are case sensitive on this server.
