We hit a couple of unexpected problems with the cPanel migration utility that we were using for this transfer, therefore some services will not be fully functioning as of yet.

This issue has now been escalated, and a further update will be posted at 07:00.

Hi,

Services on this machine are now fully operational. Any issues you may be encountering can be addressed by submitting a ticket to shared@support.catalyst2.com or at http://support.catalyst2.com - however - as mentioned in the email sent, there are a few changes that have been made to this server. If your site is throwing error 500 - it's probably best to check:

• No scripts in your webspace that are to be executed as PHP/CGI are chmod 777
• Only your user has write access to the directory your scripts are in.
• You're not using php_value/php_flag or similar PHP specific directives in your .htaccess file.
