[OUTAGE] Windows Mandarin Mail

We are currently experiencing an issue with the mail service on mandarin which is affecting some customers. The issue is being investigated and updates will be posted here as they become available.

At 4.03 this morning the mail service on mandarin experienced an issue, our monitoring systems did not pick this up, and as soon as it was brought to our attention we quickly started working on the problem.

It appears the issue was due to a bug in the virus scanning software we use which quickly filled one of the disks on the system, causing the mail service to crash. We will be raising this bug with th developers and have also been provided a patch for our monitoring system to ensure any similar problems are picked up in future.

Any email will be queued on our backup mailserver and should filter through over the next 12 hrs. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
