IP Change - 25 July 12-6am GMT
Further to our earlier post the changes to our network will be made in the early hours of 25th July between 12 midnight and 6am GMT
During this time all services will be down - email, web, ftp etc. When we bring everything back up some users may have a few problems accessing their sites as their isp's nameservers may not have updated yet, please be patient. If you do not use our dns servers (if you are not sure then you probabily do use our dns and can ignore this) below is a list of what the IP's will be changing to. Any dedicated IP customers will be emailed their new IPs on friday after the move. Server -> Old IP -> New IP Apple -> 193.201.70.70 -> 213.230.202.10 Apple -> 193.201.70.71 -> 213.230.202.10 Apple -> 193.201.70.72 -> 213.230.202.10 Lime -> 193.201.70.103 -> 213.230.202.12 Pineapple - > 193.201.70.104 -> 213.230.202.13 Mail Server -> 193.201.70.69 -> 213.230.202.11 FTP Server -> 193.201.70.74 -> 213.230.202.15 MySQL Server -> 193.201.70.73 -> 213.230.202.14 MSSQL Server -> 193.201.70.76 -> 213.230.202.16 During the move you will not loose any email that is sent to you. OK, the IP change was competed on friday morning, any users still having issues please open a ticket.
There may be some intermittent downtime over the next few days as well re-configure the new firewall. |
