Reseller Support - Any past experiences?

Hi all,
i have posted in the "Other Support Queries" regarding reseller packages and if extra features like SSL, extra bandwidth, extra hdd space and if you are able to do a domain transfer for your customers. if you have any past experience in these problem or think you can help me then please post a message for me
