Question Consolidate Accounts

I currently have several seperate accounts and would like to consolidate them under a reseller account.
1. What is the process to go through?
2. Can I retain the extra features like domain aliases, databases and email addresses that I've currently got on the other packages?

Thanks,
Johann Ungerer

For custom reseller account you'll need to raise a ticket, or change one of the pre-defined one with add-on's.

I recently went from multiple accounts to a reseller account, and unfortunatly Helm does not provide any way of doing this
It took me an hr to move 3domains inc a ms sql DB and many email accounts, which i thought wasn't too bad. Also did it at 1 in the morning to minimise users.

Want any help let me know

Thanks for the reply! With moving to the reseller account, will I have to re-purchase the extra features though, or can they be moved across as well?

No you'll have to re-purchase them. If your worried about not getting a full years use out of some of the features you've paid for then your best raising a ticket.

Thanks! I've got some that are expiring shortly, but one or two I've just renewed...
