Red face new and lost!

HI
just joined as a reseller - can't seem to find what I want, feel a bit of a dumber - can anyone help?

1 when i have set up my packages and set up my customers - how do i join the two together??

2 have clients with thier own domain names already registered - looked up the help where it says you can add domains - but it doesn't follow with what helm gives me? any answers?

3 a couple of my clients will want to ftp to thier space themselves - how do i get this working- obviously don't want them to go into my helm???
many thanks!

A customer will register or you will register the customer. Then the user will be given a unique username and password so that they can log into the end user version of helm. In here either you as the reseller or they as the customer can add a package.

Once the users have added a package they simply add a domain to that package.

Once they have added a domain they look at the FTP details and can upload their stuff.

Hope that helps!
