Access Denied

Both of the websites under my account are not granting access. http://www.twisterhosting.com is giving a 403 error page and twisterkids.com is will only allow me to view the homepage and Frontpage tells me I do not have permission to access the web (I have checked and changed and checked and changed the password, but no luck). The other directories give 404 error, page can not be found and I cannot see the file browser in the control panel for either one.

The reason you are getting a 403 is because you have not uploaded an index file into the wwwroot of your webspace.

If you are having problems with frontpage please open a ticket with the username/pass you are using so i can have a test.

I cannot upload anything because he ftp login does not woek either.
