New domain/package linked to single 'account'

I'd like to buy a new domain and potentially package - but linked to one 'account' so I can pay for them all together. This seems to be possible when signing up, but billing is not working for me at the moment (yes, I've raised a ticket ) - is the way I'm going about it 'correct' and do I just need to wait for billing to work again?

If so, please fix billing quickly - I want to spend more money with you but can't

You can add as many packages to your helm account as you wish, and if you've set up a credit card to be autobilled from it will continue using that with the new package

Thanks Jason - but it's cPanel, not HELM.

Yes it makes a big difference! It's linux not windows, thus I know nothing on the subject!
