Different Contact and Billing details

Dear Sirs,

I am setting up a PowerXtra package for a client of mine, and have a question.

Is it possible to have me as the technical contact and my client as the billing & accounts contact? I will want to set up the account & package and let the client pay afterward by card.
Who's contact details should I enter on the first registration page?

I'm not sure that this is possible for the helm control system, but it is possible for domains, it would need a ticket though to specify the details.

If you signup using http://secure.catalyst2.com/order.asp, it wont ask for card details before. Then you can give your client the login details and ask them to pay.
