Questiosn regarding power package and .com domains

Hi there,

I have a company who use a .com domain, currently hosted by domainsnext, which I'm looking at replacing, and in the process consolidating our email / web setup. My questions are based on the windows power package (£4.99 per month)...

1. I know the package has 50 full pop accounts - can we also send email out through you via SMTP?

2. Can we set email aliases up on these pop accounts?

3. How much is it to transfer a .com domain to your control?

4. Can we set the email accounts / aliases up through a web interface?

Many Thanks

Hypervox

Yes to 1, 2, and 4

I can remeber the cost of a .com transfer, a search of the forums should turn up the answer.

Hi,

1. You can send using smtp

2. You get 50 pop3 and 50 aliases

3. .com transfers are £15

4. All aspects of your domain are controlled via helm.

If you have any other questions please let me know.

Thank you for replying so quickly.

can you handle the domain transfer automatically once we purchase the package, or would we have to notify domainsnext?

If its a .com they would need to unlock the domain so it can be transferred.
