frontpage server extensions problems

hi i am having issues with fp server extensions on CAT829 - will not let me change the password - also will not allow me to (when i do login - it worked once this evening after four goes with the same password) to change the setting in fp to check files in and out.i am the only admin on this particular account - there should be one ftp which i set up yesterday and one fp account at present.i have submitted a support ticket , but as of yet have not had an email with regard to it. so deleted extensions again to be safe till it is looked into -

i didnt make a note of it , my email is markscor@blueyonder.co.uk - i have not received any replied or even autoreplies -have now changed my email password to be safe

We have not had any tickets from you for a while. The fact you did not get an auto reply would indicate it was not submitted. Please send it to us again and we can look into this problem in more detail.
