VPS specs?

Hi all,

I was wondering what king of software is used in VPS servers. Something like Virtuozzo or what?

Also is there 24/7 phone support for VPS customers?

Hi,

We use UML (user mode linux) for VPS accounts, and there is no phone support. All support is email based.
