No e-mail received

Hi,

My dad created an account earlier on today but he has received no confirmation e-mail or login details as I did when I got my account. I'm a little worried he has typed the wrong e-mail address when he paid, etc. Should he have received confirmation straight away?

Thanks,
JJ.

If you put in a support ticket with as many details as you can, which package, what time, names, domain. They should be able to help you out.

I have sent a ticket as you suggested, but did not receive the ticket ID in an e-mail either! I tried the "forgot ticket number" link and re-sent to the e-mail address, but am STILL not receiving anything. I know the e-mail address works fine because I sent through a couple of test ones myself.

Is there an administrator around at the moment who could get the confirmation e-mails re-sent, maybe to another address? It would be greatly appreciated!

JJ.

The response from one of my colleagues was:

Quote:
John,

The details were sent some time ago, can you please check your junk mail folder.
It does sound like your junk mail filter / spam filter is being over cautious.

Regards,

Jacob

Yeah I thought that too, but nothing in the junk mail folder at all! Thanks for the prompt reply.. I'm at a complete loss as to why it's not getting through then.. what's the best course of action now? Could I e-mail someone from another address telling them the domain, user name, time of signup etc. so that I could get the password sent back to me on that address?

Aha! I have sent another ticket from my secondary address and the ticket key has been sent through now! Is there still anyone around who may be able to send me the login details and confirmation now so I can start uploading the website?
