Hiya, I am a current customer and have quite a few queries.
The current package I have is windows based hosting with an attached domain name (purchased at the same time) I have a customer who also needs hosting they have two domain names registered but with other providers. What is the best way to set them up? Is it to buy them their own hosting package and attach the two domains? Or could I just add another 2 domains to my account? I have already requested (and paid for) one of the domains to be transferred in my HELM is that ok? Help!

You have a couple of choices. You can:
1. Open a new account and add in the two domains 2. Add another package to your account and then add in the two domains 3. Buy additional hosted domains as an extra feature and add the two domains to your existing package. The domains can stay with the existing registrars and update the nameservers or they can transfer the domains to us. Whatever you prefer. If you have any other queries, just post back. Regards, Jacob

If you had the extra feature of smarterstats then you do not need to go into helm to access this, you can just provide them with the login details and they can access it outside helm.
