Very Slow Service

Yesterday i purchased hosting for my domain hostmonster.co.uk but till now i haven't received any hosting login details from you.
I have sent you 2 emails but nobody care to reply that even..

Let me know whether i will get hosting details or not?

Where did you send the emails to, I cannot find any tickets relating to this? If you could email support@catalyst2.com we can check this out for you.

its more than 24 hrs..
I sent 3 emails to support@catalyst2.com

I replied to your earlier ticket and I replied to the one you just opened. In case you don't get the reply, I informed you that we have now resent the welcome email. Have you check your spam filter?

Seems like you mail server IP is blocked by gmail and thatshwy i can see now that all your mails are in spam box.
