Transferring a domain name
Hello everyone,
wonder whether I can get some advise from you. I'm about to update a website for a business (www.alanauld.co.uk). But, they don't have any details for were there website is currently hosted. By doing a whois search, it's owned by clara.net I would like to add their domain name to my Catalyst2 account, but it will need transferring? What's the best approach to this, do I contact clara.net. How do you transfer domain names? Any help would be appreciated.  Jas

Hi Jas,
You will need to contact Clara.net and see if they can update the IPS tag for you. If they can then please open a ticket and we can go from there. Regards, Jacob
