problem viewing .aspx file

Was wondering if you could help I have uploaded into :

d:\domains\worldcup06predictions.com\wwwroot\holdi ngpage.aspx

but get the following error:

"Could not load type 'FootballPredictions.Holdingpage'."

on line 1 of holdingpage.aspx

do you know what i am doing wrong. Any help appreciated.
