security problem with .aspx file

Ive just uploaded a page called 'Register.aspx' onto worldcup06predictions.com but i am getting the following message:

Description: The application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy. To grant this application the required permission please contact your system administrator or change the application's trust level in the configuration file.

If you look at the page, the main differences from my other pages are that there is 5 text boxes and 2 command buttons that dont do anything?? I presume it is something to do with my config file but am not sure as i eventually want to implement forms authentication.
