ASP .Net activation

Hi, I am trying to access http://www.cypher1.co.uk/Default.aspx on my site after I have activated the ASP.Net (version 2) via the HELM control panel but I just get an error.

Do I have to wait some time or the ASP.Net to become active or is there a problem ?
