Read and save image using ASP

I need to read in an image file and save it elsewhere using ASP. I have written some code to read the image in as a binary stream but for the life of me I can't figure out how to save the binary stream as an image file either locally on my pc or remotely on the website I'm running the script from. Any help much appreciated!

I had a look at ASPJpeg but my problem is that I can't use ASPJpeg to read the file in the first place (it's on a different server so I've had to read it as a binary stream). Can I write a binary stream of data using ASPJpeg?
