Where do I find PHP.INI ?

Hi,

I am installing x-Cart for the first time but can't get the install.php to run.

The files are all uploaded correctly, and file permissions set correctly.

The instructions say:

Make sure the configuration file php.ini meets the following requirements:
safe_mode must be disabled.
file_uploads must be enabled.
[PHP 5] register_long_arrays must be enabled.

Where is the php.ini file?

As it's shared hosting, and php.ini sets options globally (would affect all users) you won't be able to access / modify it yourself. If you have a specific request, I'd suggest opening a ticket and having the support staff see what they can do to help you.

You can place a copy of php.ini in the same directory as your scripts and this will be used instead of the system installed php.ini
