Wordpress on Windows

Has anyone had success on setting up Wordpress (blog tool) on Windows hosting? I know I have to purchase a mySQL DB to make it work so wanted to check before hand.

WordPress on WAMP can be problematic. It is also scarcely supported in the forums.

I've been running Wordpress in various incarnations for over a year now on Windows machines here at Catalyst 2 with no problems at all.
Simply connect up to your mysql database and off you go.
If you have any problems with it post them here and i'll assist if required.
