Image upload in .Net Causing username and password popup

When using my page to upload an image which gets inserted into the App_Data folder the browser is popping up with a "Enter username and password for "" at

How can I get round this? there some permissing i need to set on the folder or something ?

If you raise a support ticket with your domain name someone will be able to sort out the permissions.
