very clean site with clear navigation and control. If I had to be critical I'd say to remove the splash screen and go staright to your site. But thats just my preference, not a design issue.

But well done, looking good.

Lookin pretty good. the only thing i would say would be to stop the background pic from repeating as on high resolutions it looks a bit odd nothing major though just a thought and a nice small bit of code will sort it
