As suggest by Paul here will be a list of ideas we (Cat2 users) would find useful on the Cat2 support site.

Control panel guides. The flash ones are great for new users for the basics. It would be great to have a list of what things do, also how to achieve cirtain things.
The FAQ's could do with growing in size. There are a lot of repatitive question on the forums that could be put into the FAQ's.
A list of features and coming soon items Cat2 plan to implement..?!?!

A list of all possible add-ons to packages for normal users and resellers.

A few things will be sorted when our site is redesigned at the end of this month, that will allow us to include extra information such as add ons for each package etc.
