No Admin Console Access

I opened a ticket about this over one month ago (QDH-261900).

The password I was sent to login to the management console interface, does not work, in fact it is the same as the root password that was sent.

Please also tell me if it is in fact possible to refresh the server with a clean install, at any time and under my control, as advertised at http://www.catalyst2.com/services/vps/index.asp

I also need to know what systems are accessed by the username and password sent in the "signup invoice". I have tried them all, none work.

I have endured embarrassment as my colleagues question when the server will be operational. I tell them that I am waiting for the company to get back to me.

Hi,

That ticket reference doesnt appear to exist in our system, so the request may not have gone through properly. If you would like to re-submit the request we will look into it for you.

Hi,

Your login details were sent on 10/03/06 at 18:39, with full details relating to this. I can't find the ticket ID that you have referenced. I've re-sent the welcome email - if there are further problems please feel free to open a new ticket via vps-support@catalyst2.com

Thanks,
Rob

Yes, Rob, they were

Yes, you did send them, on the 10th of March, 1839

Thank you for sending them again.

The IP/username/password for the management console do not work (or do they, am I missing something obvious). I don't know how I can be any more clear about that.

The ticket is not missing, unless you are using an entirely seperate ticket system.

And at perhaps the fourth time of asking, what interface do I use to wipe the server and start again? I know the management console will not offer this feature, how do I use it?

Also, you have stopped billing me. Perhaps there is some common thread explaining why 1) I signed up, and nothing happened until I asked again when I would get a server 2) You can't find the ticket 3) The login details don't work, either the management console, or the details in the sign up (not clear what system the sign up details are for) 4) You have stopped billing my credit card.

Hi Brian,

We are happy to deal with all of your queries but we will need a new ticket opened in order to do it.

Kind Regards,

Jacob

New Tickets

I have created 3 tickets:

ZCO-101675 in 'Billing'
SBP-686198 in 'VPS'
RPE-124449 in 'VPS'

The original, 'missing' ticket:

QDH-261900 in NULL

is still there for you, I didn't delete it.

I hope this meets your requirements.
